Order number: 127 (Home Delivery)

I ordered Margherita at the price Rs. 358 including all offers.
I ordered at 8.51 PM with promised 30 minutes delivery, but the delivery person left the shop only around 9.20 ( I was checking the map location). By 9.35 the delivery person was away from my home (not sure if he was delivering other orders). I received my order at 9.55 PM, me and my wife enjoyed the cold served pizza to the core (the watery cheese burst become think paste when we ate). I received my pizza order post one hour and its COLD. Who doesn't love a cold served pizza?
My Question:
When there was a guaranteed 30 minutes delivery, why the refund was not initiated by Domino's?
I raised complaint the same day about the food ( Feedback ID: 4994348). Its been 4 days now, why I was not contacted by the Domino's representative?
I would like a refund for the miserable pizza i ate and if Domino's appreciates my business, I need a free order of the same pizza served within 30 mins.
