Domino's Pizza — Incorrect billing | |||
I was booking Domino's Pizza online on 14 Apr 17 from Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad Branch, when for some reasons the order got cancelled though the transaction was through. On contacting Domino's helpline I was told that the amount Rs 847/- would be credited back in my account within 24 hrs and that for the extant order I could pay in cash, which I did. However, to my surprise I now realize that the said amount which was in suspense till the other day with SBI Card, has been claimed by Domino's and Rs 847/- debited against my account. I have effectively landed up paying for services that have neither been claimed or preferred by Domino's to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
