Domino's Pizza — Late Delivery and Rude Behaviour | |||||
Dear Sir, Contact number: [protected] Contact name: Mayank Ranjan I had ordered for a large Pizza and a Garlic Bread along with the Cheesy Dip through Zomato. This order was placed at 15:15 on 9th April 2017 and was supposed to be delivered by 15:45 according to the Dominos 30 minute promise. After accepting the order which was pre-paid by my credit card, I received a call from Dominos asking me to come 3kms far from my residence because they are unable to come till my residence. I accepted that too which I shouldn't have because this had to be informed at an early stage. I reached the place by 15:45 and asked them for the delivery boy for which I got a very rude response. I kept waiting and finally the delivery boy came at 16:10. As I noticed the food was cold and I had been waiting for 25 minutes under the sun for receiving the order. As I called them for a refund/exchange, they declined by saying a 'Sorry'. When asked for a solution, they replied very rudely which was not expected at all. I feel very harassed for such a response even after being a regular customer and would never again prefer Dominos Pizza and would also recommend the same to others. Thanking You!
