Domino's Pizza — late delivery - cold food - unprofessionalism | |||
Dear sir/madam, I placed order (Order no. 307) in dominos through swiggy on 1st feb'2020 (Saturday) at 9:45pm but i got delivery at 11:20pm and that too after so many followups. I have all call records which i had with dominos customer care, chats with swiggy customer care. Also person from dominos chennai called me from number [protected] at 11:20pm and said order will be more delay. When i asked the reason as its already 1hr 25min delay, he didn't gave any reason and banged the phone (Disconnected abruptly). I already paid 818rs for this order. As per dominos policy it should come in 30min, else order is free. I got the order in 1hr35min and that too cold and mishandled pizza (I have taken the pic also) I immediately need my refund and also want dominos to take action against this person and take action against dominos chennai branch from where this order was delivered. I have all call records, chats and pic of food when it got delivered I have emailed to dominos on their email id "[protected]@jublfood.com" on 3rd feb & then reminder on 4th feb but till date no response. I called their customer care also, but they gave one concern ref no. "13413266" and i am not getting answer & response from dominos This is pathetic. They are playing with customers and making them run round and not providing solution & support Awaiting quick refund & resolution Thanks & regards Was this information helpful? | |||
