Domino's Pizza — Late Delivery & Out of service phone number

I have ordered Dominos Pizza (1 Regular BU Farmhouse) and (1 Veg Classic Burger Pizza) on 11.09.2022 from Dominos App. The order was placed on 09:28 PM with Order ID : DPI65813; Order: 257). The order was placed at Ballygunje Circular Road Branch, Kolkata. I have received the order at 11:02 PM. (Exact after 94 mins). It was 30 min guaranteed by Dominos. Still I had to wait. Also, the restaurant at Ballygunge Branch doesn't have any updated phone number. All the phone numbers of that branch has numbers which are out of service. How can we talk to them? And the toll free number provided in the app are useless. Strict Complaint to be made under them.
