I placed an order (Order No: 177) with Domino's Pizza on 29th May 2025 at 8:24 PM from the Atlantis City Dhanori outlet, located at Shop No. 03, 04, Ground Floor, Shop No. 103, 104, Dhanori, Pune.
The order was under the 30-minute delivery guarantee. However, I observed that at approximately 8:52 PM (28 minutes after ordering), the delivery status was marked as 'Reached at Doorstep, ' even though the delivery executive was still near the store, as indicated by the tracking system.
The actual delivery occurred at around 9:06 PM, approximately 42 minutes after placing the order. This suggests that the 'Reached at Doorstep' status was falsely marked to meet the 30-minute guarantee, despite the delivery being delayed.
Such practices undermine customer trust and violate the service guarantee terms. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the misuse of delivery status updates.
