Domino's Pizza — money deducted, but order didn't place

I was trying to place order by dominos website:
In first attempt i tried the payment with amazon upi, money got deducted from bank account immediately, but after payment dominos web page got struck. I waited for more than 5 mins and didn't receive either the order successful or failure. Than i called to dominos customer care, they told me that if order is unsuccessful money will refund in 7 working days please try again.

In second attempt i tried with net banking and same thing happened. The customer care guys not able give the exact reason why the payment got failed. Money got deducted twice from my bank account. But didn't get any successful or failure message from dominos.
