Domino's Pizza — money deducted but order failed. no refund.. | |||||
I had ordered for 2 medium pizzas on 9th june and amount of rs. 523 was deducted from my airtel money wallet in favour of jubilant foodworks. No confirmation mail on the order was received from dominos. Reached to the customer care executive & was informed to send email to [protected]@jublfood.com with transaction details to process the refund. I order 4pizza which got delay by 20min delivery boy told he has informed to manager i will get call but noting happen i dnt want refund but they are not taking care of customer i said instead of refund itrate the same order tommorow also they have not done anything and now even not picking up call
