Domino's Pizza — Money deducted but order was not placed

I placed the order and paid through paytm wallet on 20-Jan-16 at 2:53 PM. The amount got deducted from my wallet but did not receive any confirmation from Dominos, contacted the local outlet in Sector 4 (Gurgaon) but they said that they have not received any order. I have also checked with Paytm, the amount was processed under transaction ID EPT[protected]. So, kindly refund the money (i.e. Rs 627). My Email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
