Domino's Pizza — Money deducted from account but order was not confirmed

Today, on 12.11.2020, I had placed an order online on Domino's Pizza App. I had made the payment through Amazon Pay app and the payment was successful but the order was not confirmed and I was again redirected to the payment page. I tried to contact customer care but, in the App they take complaint only for confirmed orders. I just want to say that if your app is not working efficiently, why you take orders online. Please refund my money immediately.
