Domino's Pizza — money refund after order cancellation by staff | |||
On 7th august around 1 pm, i ordered a non-veg supreme pizza, replaced the mushroom with peri-peri chicken. So my net worth became rs. 342.2. But after few minutes someone from dominos (Kamla nagar, new delhi_my order 45) called up to say that payment details showed some error, so he (The staff) cancelled n replaced my order. But i did not receive any cancellation notice or money as a refund! At around 11-11.30pm dominos people called me up to say that my payment is left and asked me to paytm rs.342.2 again to some staff (Named ravi kumar) of dominos, kamla nagar. This was really disgusting. I paid the right amount twice! There was no fault from my side then why was i harassed like this! I was given no proof that my order was cancelled (I didn't receive any message of order cancellation). But i had to pay twice. I filled a query to dominos put no action was taken. And i have no idea when my money will be refunded and if it will be at all!! Was this information helpful? | |||
