Domino's Pizza — netbanking charged twice | |||
I ordered from Domino's Madhurawada in Visakhapatnam today for home delivery of a large veg pizza, garlic breadsticks, cheesy dip, choco lava cake and sprite. I was placing my order through their mobile website. I completed payment of Rs 713 once and it said " error - please try again " or something similar on the order page. I assumed it would reverse the transaction on its own and paid again. My order then went through and the delivery was prompt. I just need the original amount to be refunded to my ICICI account. I have not yet received any message from Domino's that I willl get a refund. Can someone resolve this? Was this information helpful? | |||
