Domino's pizza india domino's pizza You guys have pathetic customer service. All the assured 30 minutes delivery is a mere hogwash. It's best when customers don't pay u online as i[censored] ever get delayed by 2 hours, still u don't refund the amount after numerous complaints. I have lodged around 3-4 complaints and was assured of a refund. I ordered on 27th december. Pizza was delivered after 2 hours that too after multiple follow-ups with customer care. No one was picking calls at patna p & m mall store. Your delivery guy contacted me after 2 hours and then tried to deliver the pizza. Today when i called to enquire about my complaint and refund status, mr deepak, your customer service representative said that the case is closed with unknown reasons. I asked to escalate the complaint and no is given 8243066. I will have to approach the consumer court if the case is not resolved. I have all the screenshots of timings. Dont cheat customers. If you have done a mistake, accept it and refund the amount. I just received a call from patna p & m mall store and they said they won't give refund. Do what ever u want to. I said i will lodge a complaint with consumer forum. They asked me to go ahead. This is the customer service they speak about. Pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |

Sir I made a payment of Rs. 545 on 28 January 2019 for pizza in favour of domino's through my paytm balance but transaction hadn't completed due to any reason. My balance was deducted to paytm but not credit in favour of domino's. When I asked to paytm for deduction they told me that you are holding the amount. Kindly return my paytm balance.
