Domino's Pizza — non-refund of failed transaction done through paytm cash on 18.11.2017 | |
On 18th november, i had ordered pizza to one of your chembur branches using my mobile (No.[protected]) as a guest without using login. I did payment of rs 836/- through paytm wallet. While the transaction was progressing, i got a message that payment was not successful as there is no bank response. Subsequently, i placed another cod order for a total amount of rs 762 /- and got the delivery. However, i have not received the refund for the amount of rs 836/ which i had paid using paytm. By contacting paytm i got a reply that dominos has to sort out issue as money has already been transferred to their account. (See the attachment.) Pl look into the matter and refund my amount of rs 836/-. At the earliest. My delivery address: 17 c, kanchanjunga Barc colony Anushakti nagar Mumbai 94 Order date: 18 nov 2017 evening at around 7pm.
