[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Online order doesn't work properly | |||
Dear, On firday 1/8/2014, we had a client visit in my IBM office and i was given responsibility to order pizza online. As my office located in whitefield near satya sai hospital so accordingly my order routed to sjr's dominos. Also i made payment online as the amount was more then 3000. But after 15 min when i checked myself with them, they didn't received any order. And asked me to give order again. Due to shortage of time i have placed order on call(order# 134 1/8/2014) and paid cash from my other teammate. Also my team and client had to wait lot due to your inconvenience. I didn't get any discount which i was supposed to get on online order. Also i still haven't received my money back. In future i will make sure that no one will order pizza from dominos from my account atleast not not online due to your fake lucrative offers. Also i will give the same feedback to my HR's a and ask them to route it to the complete organization. Also i will use all social sites for the same until you take some corrective action.
