Domino's Pizza — online service system & immoral authority at bharuch | |||
Myself ankur v. Naik. I had ordered one planeet makhani pizza with extra cheese worth rs. 450/- along with pepsi worth rs. 60/- on 23rd may 2019 via domino's online services. Total rs. 533/- deducted from my account. After few minutes of order placed local domino's store authority contacted me and told me that my address is out of delivery service so they can not deliver. I argued that, 1) i had no issue regarding delivery at my address in past. 2) it is online system issue that accepted my order though my address is out of delivery service as per authority. 3) i offered tham to get order from shravan chokdi (A land mark up to where delivery service is provided) but they denied. 4) lastly i asked them for refund, they asked me to wait for 7 days working days. At last i neither got food nor refund instantly. I am hurt as an authority of bharuch domino's mr. Jitesh suthar behaved insensitively as he was aware of my problem and also behaved immorally as he denied to deliver at shravan chokdi too. Moreover, i had submitted my feedback on same day to domino's but till date no courtesy they have shown towards me. Was this information helpful? | |||
