Domino's Pizza — online website order | |||
I, ordered a everday value offer pizza today (29 october, 2019) at around 4 pm and ordered online through website where i ordered a pizza on everyday deal and got a topping replaced in one pizza and with extra cheese added to it. Acc to the online menu the replacement of topping had no extra cost and the bill amounted to rs 602 on the online dominos cart bill. However, when i recieved the order i got a bill amount of 665rs, which i found included the topping of 60rs additionally added, against what shows on website the store had a diff prizing and i was shocked. I had recieved a message on my phone with bill of rs 602 and now they demanded a bill of rs 665 so basically same brand showing two different bills to me. The dominos store on being told about the bill i recieved denied it and said i would have to pay extra money and they did not show any help in resolving the issue and i had to suffer. This is totally unacceptable and shows how careless such a big company can get and how a customer has to suffer due their mismanagement and how they mislead with their pricing online and force diff prices after order is confirmed. I request concerend authorities to take strict action against them and put restrictions on such misleads of prices and bills. Was this information helpful? | |||
