Domino's Pizza — order cancellation by dominos after 30 mins without information | |||
Dear sir, Myself ashish kumar ordered pizza from domino's through my zomato app on 07.08.2019. My order was accepted by both domino's & zomato at 8.56 p. M. I waited for the order for 30 mins. As zomato has confirmed that my order will be delivered by 9.26 p. M. But suddenly i got a message from domino's at 9.25 p. M. That my order has been processed for cancellation. I was waiting since last 30 minutes for the delivery of pizza which was only source of dinner yesterday for me. So i called domino's and they replied that the delivery area was outside of their reach. I want to know that if they can't deliver the order why are they accepting the order and i also made the payment. Why customer/consumer had to face harrassment because of the irresponsible behaviour of domino's outlet centre staffs. Because of it i could not take any food that night and had to sleep empty stomach. I want to raise consumer complaint against this incident and against domino's. I am attaching screenshot of the messages received from domino's. Please raise my complaint and revert to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
