Domino's Pizza — Order cancelled but no refund initiated

I have placed an order on 2 November 2024, at first they said you have selected wrong address we are transferring it to the nearby store to deliver to you at earliest.
After waiting for almost 2 hours, when no such order got delivered to me, i called the store and asked to cancel it . They immediately cancelled it and said the refund will be credited within 24 hours.
But its been 5 days now, no such refund is done till today.
Order numbr was 167 and amount is 459.
