Domino's Pizza — order failed, amount not refunded

I ordered pizza on 17 th apr from whitefield area, but the order failed. My amount has been deducted from paytm account but the order was not recieved. I didnt get the amount refunded. I request for refund of rs 731 to my paytm account. Its really disgusting that even the day before elections the dominos pizza was not working, which was not displayed in website. Atleast they should refund the order amount. Neither they have call options nor customer care. Please help me get the refund.
