[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — order no [protected] | |||
I ordered my Domino's Pizza on 18-OCT-2019 through Swiggy and after waiting for about nearly 2hours Domino's person informed that they are unable to deliver it until next 1hour as they are over loaded and if I want will cancel the order. They should have been taken care of these issues before taking the order, finally I got disheartened and the order was cancelled from their end. I was informed that my refund will be initiated and will be credited to me within next 7-8 days. However sadly no refund is made so far, I called the customer care twice in between and they raised a grievance call back most resent reference number as #11876511 I was contacted from Domino's named Manjula from +[protected] and to my surprise she informed that the re-fund can't be made now as they had some issue with the cancellation process and can place the same order any time instead of re-fund which is so very sad for me. However, I still wanted to give more opportunity to Domini's on this and agreed to call then for the order, now I tried calling multiple times to place the order as promised, but my call is not being picked up and I am left with a no-refund of 762 rupees from last 20days. Swiggy being the platform of the order been placed had refunded my money back for non-delivery of Pizza by Dominion's.
Mr. Lashique Tanveer Ahmed from Swiggy Escalations Team had called me and very politely acknowledged that since the order was placed using Swiggy app as the platform they would like to apologize for the inconvenience and grievance caused and assured that my money will be refunded within 5 working days and also sent me a mail to support our discussion.
Also confirmed that they will take this matter with Dominion's and necessary action will be taken to avoid this in future.

Usually, it takes around 5 working days for the amount to reflect in your source account (Sodexo).
If you do not receive the refund in your source account within the next 5 working days, please contact your bank with the refund transaction id so that they could track the refund amount for you.

Domino's pizza took the order but did not deliver me anything. It's been more than an hour and they are not responding. I can't contact them. They are showing that they delivered the order to me on the app but they didn't. I'm helpless please help. It took the order but didn't deliver
