I ordered a Domino's Pizza on 26/01/2017 and made the payment through my SBI CREDIT CARD (Mastercard), details of which are provided below. The order was not delivered even after 2 hours and when I called the concerned branch, I was taken aback on hearing that my order got cancelled. Customer Name - Arunendu Dey Location of Delivery - IMI Boys Hostel, Ber Sarai, New Delhi - 110016 Mobile Number - [protected] Date of incidence - 26/01/2017 Dominos Store - Vasant Vihar, New Delhi Order Number - 352 1 item Chicken Fiesta Crust - Classic Hand Tossed Size - Medium Order Type - Home Delivery Order From - Mobile Payment Method - Credit Card (SBI Mastercard) Order Total - Rs. 384 Even after calling them several times, they were unable to deliver my order and instead told me that my order got cancelled. Not even in my worst dreams, I would expect such a big name like Dominos Pizza fail to deliver an order. I urge the concerned authority to look into my complaint and promise me a refund of the money (which I had already paid using my card) immediately as soon as possible.
