Domino's Pizza — Order not delivered even after 2 hours and ultimately gets self-cancelled by Domino's Branch

I ordered a Domino's Pizza on 26/01/2017 and made the payment through my SBI CREDIT CARD (Mastercard), details of which are provided below. The order was not delivered even after 2 hours and when I called the concerned branch, I was taken aback on hearing that my order got cancelled.

Even after calling them several times, they were unable to deliver my order and instead told me that my order got cancelled. Not even in my worst dreams, I would expect such a big name like Dominos Pizza fail to deliver an order. I urge the concerned authority to look into my complaint and promise me a refund of the money (which I had already paid using my card) immediately as soon as possible.
