Domino's Pizza — order not placed and refund not initiated even after 20 days

On 29/10/18 i ordered through dominos app, the payment method was amazon. The order wasn't placed but the amount was debited. The order amount was 611. After a week on 05/11/18 i got a message from dominos stating that the refund is initiated and will be credited in 3-5 working days, and today is 18/11/18 and still haven't received the refund.
Pos 99010241 at amazon pay india priva txn#[protected].
Since the order wasn't placed i don't have dominos transaction id.
Please process the refund asap.

I ordered dominos product amounting Rs. 208 through dominos online site. After completing the payment through my debit card they not providing any order I'd and the order is not delivered yet after 2 hours. I tried to call there help number but all the numbers are I called r not working.
What to do please suggest...
