Domino's Pizza — order not placed and refund not initiated even after 20 days | |||||
On 29/10/18 i ordered through dominos app, the payment method was amazon. The order wasn't placed but the amount was debited. The order amount was 611. After a week on 05/11/18 i got a message from dominos stating that the refund is initiated and will be credited in 3-5 working days, and today is 18/11/18 and still haven't received the refund. Pos 99010241 at amazon pay india priva txn#[protected]. Since the order wasn't placed i don't have dominos transaction id. Please process the refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
