Domino's Pizza — order placed not delivered at all | |||
I placed an order in dominoz at 10:15 pm, order number: 175, 30 minutes delivery guarantee was provided, but did not receive the delivery after 1 hour, customer care person kept on insisting me to wait for the order. Received a call @ 11:28 pm asking my location details, pathetic service, asked for refund which was not done. They changed the order status to delivered without delivering the order. Yesterday I ordered pizzas my order number is :- 308 In delhi krishna nagar branch . They said we can't delivered your order and I wait for 35 minutes and then I call them back they aren't helpful and worst device I don't think I will use it again in future and even will not recommend anyone after this worst service.
