Domino's Pizza — order was cancelled by domino's and didn't get confirmation and refund | |
Hi, i had ordered from zomato amounting to 226. The order was confirmed at first later domino's people called and said that they can't deliver to our address and order was cancelled by them but i don't get any confirmation msg or mail from them or zomato. After 2 hours it shows that the order is delivered. I called to domino's but they said the order is cancelled and would be refunded. But i didn't get any refund. I mailed to zomato they said that domino's had their own delivery and payment gateways. Was this information helpful? | |

I bought my pizza from domino.s pizza today and was shocked to see that i was charged Rs 11.42 for carry bag paper . i had to travel and had nothing to carry my pizza in. i really find it odd for such a brand doing this .
