Domino's Pizza — Order was not processed but amount got debited

Dear team,

I placed an order on 10th june 2016 through site and paid amount through paytm.

Veg extravaganza[qty-1] & chef's veg wonder[qty-1]

Order was not processed due to technical issues but amount got debited through paytm. On asking paytm, they said that amount was debited succesfully so contact dominos.

Amount paid through paytm was rs. 662 (Transaction at "dominos" against order id gpt[protected])

When will i receive my refund?

There is no customer care number available where i can go and log complaint.

Please help in getting my amount refunded at the earliest...
