Domino's Pizza — payment deducted at dominos mobile app but order not placed | |||||
I was placing an dominos pizza order via dominos mobile app on 05-jan-2018 but payment had been debited of amount 731/- rupees my from icici credit card account but order was not placed. I had also called dominos customer care but they said there no order placed at mobile number [protected]. Then i did the repayment to place a new order (Order no. 277) of same amount 731/- rupees. Attached are the screenshots of twice payment for dominos order with separate transaction number. I have also raised a complaint via dominos feedback system (Concern ref# 7971843) but no one contact me from dominos. Therefore i request you to please help me to get the refund for failed order.
