The payment of 558 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet today successfully and credited to Dominos . However, no order id was generated at Dominos.
I then tried again with Amazon pay 558, order 237 was successful and delivered.
I am attaching the screenshot of payment done via Mobikwik which lead to no order generation.
Kindly check and process the refund. I talked to mobiwik customer service team and they confirmed that they payment was successful from their side .I also received the cashback against this order to my mobiwik wallet.
.I have not heard back anything from Dominos for my ticket number-3870916 and the refund has also not been credited and amount been billed to my card.
The ticket also seems to be closed without even resolution.
