[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Payment deducted twice but orders not placed and not showing in Order History

I faced an issue while placing an order through the Domino's app. I attempted to place the same order twice using bhim upi app using my hdfc upi rupay credit card, and on both occasions ₹414.28 was successfully deducted from my card. However, neither order was placed, and no order appears in my Order History.
As there is no order history or order ID, I did not receive any confirmation or the food. I have already contacted Domino's customer support via email and received a ticket number:5796847, but the issue is still pending.
I request Domino's to investigate these failed transactions and process a refund for both deducted amounts as soon as possible.

The issue has been resolved successfully. After I emailed Domino's support with screenshots of both payment transactions, they acknowledged the issue and initiated the refund process. I received the first refund after about 24 hours. Since the second refund was still pending, I sent a follow-up email the next morning. Around noon, I received a call from Domino's support informing me that the remaining refund would be processed within 5 working days. Shortly after the call, I received the second refund confirmation, and both refund amounts have now been credited to my account.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
