Domino's Pizza — Payment done but order not confirmed

I had ordered a pizza online and paid for it by netbanking and while the amount had been deducted from my account the dominos server gave no confirmation of my order or failed order message so I was charged twice for one order. I would like a refund for the extra amount paid by me. I am attaching here the statement which shows I have paid twice for my order.
