Dear sir/ ma'am, I attempted to place an order via your website on 11th September'15 around 21:00hrs. I made the payment through my paytm wallet. My money was debited. However, the order was not placed. I contacted paytm demanding a refund. I have been told that in their database the transaction shows successful, and that I should contact dominos. I hope you understand my situation. All I want is a refund of my amount of Rs 240 and some compensation. I am very upset with my experience.
