Domino's Pizza — payment has not refunded yet

I did order from zomato app and here is order number [protected]
I received a call that service is not available in my area and refused to deliver order and i received message payment will me refunded to my account in 7 days. I have not received amount in my account yet.
Message i received from dominos
Your order no. 100 has been cancelled at our restaurant. We apologies from inconvenience caused. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders.
Even your database does not any order with this order no 100.
