Domino's Pizza — payment not received wrong charges charged and unethical behaviour | |||
On 29th august 2017, @22:23 time domino's outlet hiranandani estate, patlipada, thane - maharashtra, india outlet i had given a take away order and the actual bill came to rs.1099.99/-. However, the lady at the counter name sanchita swiped my axis bank debit card for rs.10, 200/-. Immediately i brought the matter to the notice of the shift manager who was reluctant to give his name instead he told to contact the manager named pooja who was not available at the store at that time. That man though canclled my order that time and informed me that within 48 hrs the payment will be reversed to my bank a/c. However till now, 01 sep 2017 13.30 time my bank account has not received the credit. Was this information helpful? | |||
