Domino's Pizza — Payment successful but did not receive order number. | |||||
This is really irritating and sad to know dominoz people manage their database. I ordered buy one get one pizza and paid through paytm. Also the payment was successful but I didn't receive any order number. I contacted so many dominos and finally after contacting so many numbers one finely matched from where I ordered the pizza and that pizza guys tells that ur number is not even registered. What is this guys. I am almost a regular customer of dominos and he says my number is not even registered. Really very depressing to know how these dominos people manage customers and their database. Also I contacted paytm people they said the payment was successful and things are pending from dominos side. But I did not receive any proper response from any dominos person. Everyone denied. Was this a solution? I need a proper solution. Either they should confirm that order today or else pay me back my money. I need a proper answer. Ask dominos people to take this seriously I am not a fool to let it go. Even the quality of pizza is degrading day by day. But first I am concerned abt my order which was not completed.
