Domino's Pizza — paytm cashback not received on successful order & confirmation

I had order from dominos (Order no: 37 | trace no: cd[protected] on 11 aug and paid through paytm. I received a confirmation that the cash back has been processed (Transaction id: [protected]). On inquiring with the paytm customer care, they said that the cash back has not been processed by the merchant.

Attached are the screenshots of the mail communication received.

Please resolve and credit the cash back asap.
