[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Promise by the delivery boy to give my money back | |||||
From my mobile number [protected] I had booked an order of amount 446/- Rs through there domino pizza app and the order came almost 1 and half hours late so i refused to take the delivery when I the boy came but he insisted me to pay for the delivery but i told him that the pizza is not in as aspected condition it was very cold but still insisted me to pay for the order and assured me to give the same amount of refund through the app so that the pizza did not get wasted i did it i payed for it but i waited for 24 hrs from then and at that time to till the time no amount refund has been generated till now. after that i have raised the concern also by calling in there complaint cell but no reply and action came back. link address of the domino store from where the order had came: https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/Domino's+Pizza/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x395e8176486a070b:0x9ee6bc83db...⇄ Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 19, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved yes, now after complaining on this consumer platform the domino company have refunded the amount after referring what was actually happened and emailed me for inconvenience. Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
