Domino's Pizza — refund 18 nov paytm | |||||
On 18 th november, i had ordered pizza from chembur branch from my mobile as a guest without using login as i had forgotten my password. I did payment thr paytm of rs 836 /-. But got a message that payment was not successful as there is no bank response. Then i ordered again for cash on delivery for a total amount of rs 762 /-. And got delivery also. And paid cash. But my paytm amount of rs 836/ has been deducted. By contacting paytm i got a reply that dominos has to sort out issue as money has been deducted. Pl look into the matter and refund my amount of rs 836/-. I spoke to one of the chembur branches but didnt get a positive reply. Since i logged in as guest i am not sure which exact branch in chembur got the payment. My delivery address was 17 c, kanchanjunga Barc colony Anushakti nagar Mumbai 94 Order date: 18 nov 2017 evening at around 7pm.
