Domino's Pizza — Refund for money deducted from my account and order status shows failed. | |||||
This is a clear case of harassing a customer to the fullest extent. I had placed an order on 08/04/2017 at Domino's via Paytm for an amount of RS 586. The money was deducted from my account but I got a mail from dominoes stating that due to some technical error the order had failed, adding to my misery I then contacted paytm for distress relief. They told me that transaction was successful on their end but dominoes should be contacted for the same, the trauma and agony I had to suffer for such a trivial amount of money is just indescribable. I will make sure that I send dominoes a legal notice and then file a suit against the same so that such a thing is not repeated and other customers do not have to face such problems in the future Details are as follows- Paytm mobile number- [protected] Paytm order no.- #IPT[protected] Order no.- 1574715 I am further attaching screenshots from dominoes stating that the money will be refunded within a week and no such thing has happened for the same.
