On March 13 i ordered 9 regular ht pm bbq chicken pizza and 1 reg ht pm hs pnrcap pizza for inr 1186.5, i paid through gpay and the transaction session expired at the dominos pizza dlf porur chennai, and amount of inr 1186.5 was debited from my bank account, the dominos staff said me that the amount will be reversed to my account, again i have paid of inr 1186.5 by using friend debit card. i have paid two times for the same product...nearly 10 days had passed but still amount is not received to my account..when I checked with my bank they said the transaction was successful and asked me to check with the merchant side to check their bank statement, i reached to Domino' porur dlf chennai and asked them to check their statement whether amount is credited to their account, but the staffs are not ready to do that, they are not considering this topic, they said to raise complaint to their customer care...
