I have ordered Pizza on 27 Jan 2017, due to some technical issue after making payment they have cancelled the order. and also got the message "We have Processed refund of Rs.346 for ur order dated Jan 27, 2017, 9:26 pm. Refund generally take 4-5 business days to appear in bank ac" . But still refund not credited in my Bank ac. My payment Ref no is [protected]IGAARRYIQ2 .
Payment through SBI net banking.

1. Hair observed in pizza not replaced by serviceman despite showing him. I had to leave pizza and return. Pls. refer order no.142 on 15/2/2017 at 20.23 2. Bottled coke being sold above MRP which is against prevailing laws 3. Staff arguing unnecessarily & needs to be trained in customer handling.
