I ordered online on 9th October and paid through Paytm. After the payment page got a payment failure message however the amount got deducted from my paytm wallet. When I contacted Paytm customer care they confirmed that the transaction was successful. Eventually I end up paying twice for the same order. Dropped a mail to your customer care with no response.
