Order date - 01 may 2019 Order time - 01.04 pm Order amt. - rs 281/- Order paid via paytm Order no. - 44 Invoice no. - 66169/19/7698 Server - internet 0 Tent - cd[protected] I placed an order on 1st may 2019 from dominos sector 63 at 01.04pm. Was supposed to receive it @01.34pm acc to 30mins delivery guarantee of dominos. Was waiting to receive order at my company gate from 01.25pm onwards in the sun (As it was first checkpoint which is stated in terms of 30min or free guarantee). Called up dominos sec-63 @01.35pm (1min over time limit) they assured me that my time was wrong and it was only 01.31pm by their time. They said that i should ask the delivery boy to call the store manager when he arrived. I still waited in the sun for the order. Order arrived in excess of 6mins @01.39pm. I refused to take the order and asked the delivery boy to talk to his store manager. He refused to call and said that the late delivery was due to them being paid their salaries on that day. I asked him again to contact his manager as i would not accept the order unless he had done so. He confessed that he was late and assured me to take the order as it was free and i would recieve the refund on the order. I called dominos helpline no. And also dominos sec-63 wherein staff of both said that yes the order was late and assured me that i would recieve the refund within 7-10days. I called dominos sec-63 again to confirm my refund as i had paid via paytm and they assured me that i would surely receive the refund via paytm in 7-10 business days. It has been exactly 10days and i have still not received my refund. I am a customer of dominos for the past 12years and this has happened 4-5 times... This type of service is not at all appreciated and you will loose a valuable customer due to incompetence at your end. Kindly refund the order amt asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved store manager of dominos sec-63, mr.rajesh was very helpful nad promp and admitted that the refund process was not started on the day of the order. was willing to send the order again without charges as complimentary but then refunded the amount when i asked him to not send the order again but only to refund the amount.
