Domino's Pizza — refund not received even after 3 months | |||
I have pizza from Dominos through Swiggy app on 26 April 2019. The order was cancelled and neither Swiggy nor Dominos people called to inform the same. Later some time when I called Swiggy, they informed me that order had been cancelled because of few technical issues and the amount would be refunded in 2 to 3 business days. Inspite of multiple follow ups my refund amount is not yet credited from Dominos till date (20July 2019). These people do not even respond properly when we ask about the refund. Swiggy never takes the calls for this issue and straight away refuses for any action and Dominos do not provide the refund. People like us are juggled between these two brands to get back our hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||
