I had placed an order online for an amount of Rs 522 on february 24, 2016 (time of order 9.17 pm, order no:66).
However ten minutes later recieved a call from the local dominoes outlet(OMR thuraipakkam), informing that my order can not go through as the outlet does not deliver in my area. They offered to cancel my existing order from their end and asked me to place a fresh order. Shortly, i recieved a cancellation confirmation through SMS. Ever since, guest care dominoes team keeps semdig me only mails and smses confirming that the refund has been processed but i have not recieve any credit for the aforesaid amount till date.
They are repetitively opening new tickets and closing the previous one without any resolution on grounds that they are unable to reach me on my contact numbers, thus fooling me and wasting my time. Displeased and frustrated with their abysmal services and unresponsiveness, i am having to write to you for refund of my money which they are holding onto.
Please intervene and help .
