[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Refund of failed order | |||
I have ordered on (20th may 2017) for rs. 427/- through mobile application and made the payment through hdfc online banking (Payzapp).. The payment got debited from my account immediately but the order not generated. After waiting for some time i have called your huda city center outlet where they have suggested to make another order... So i have ordered 2nd time also same thing happen and debited 430/- then i have changed the payment mode and made the payment through other credit card. This time the order got generated. The second time debited amount has been refunded back (I. E. 430) but 427/- has not been refunded yet. So please guide me regarding this. This is the email content i have received from dominos : "hi arun sharma, Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days.in case you have applied an unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after 1 hour. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is cd[protected] dated[protected] amounted 427. However in case your order was successfully placed in subsequent attempt, then please ignore this notification mail." [removed] Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved As discussion with Adesh(Dominos assistant) my refund has already been generated on 31st may so now I also has received a message regarding that. So now will get the refund. Thanks for the quick response Dominos. I am and will your regular customer. Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
