Domino's Pizza — refund of money despite unable to confirm order

I ordered pizza of 407 rs via app and paid through paytm though it was shown that transaction was successful, order was not filed, i contacted domino's vit vellore they told that there will be a refund in 7 working days, i mailed to paytm and domino's and tried calling them on the regarding issue but there was no reply from there side. Order id: 65db756e7f5aa6e038d1f8245f8daa59 and wallet taxation id : [protected]. I even got a message from domino's regarding "thanks for choosing domino's. We are processing your order. Order details - amount: rs. 407.0 | order date. Jan 19 2019 09:45 pm. We will send you a confirmation once the order is succesfully placed." but no further action was taken.
