Domino's Pizza — Refund / order cancellation

I ordered pizza from dominos on[protected] at 20:36 but when for more then 20 min it showing order confirm only then i called the restaurant about the order status and they say in 10-15 min your order will be dispatched but again when call them after 9:15 p. M. They say in 5 min will be dispatched and they keep doing it for more then an hour and every time i called the restaurant they say 5 min -5 min but nothing happen and after 10:00 p. M. They didn't even receive the call and my order still showing being baked till 11:00 p. M. I. E the restaurant closing time then i raised the complaint in dominos and they have generated a complaint token no but in morning without even getting a call nothing without any response from them i receive a message that my complaint has been resolved. I had paid the money online and i didn't received it back neither i received the order.
