[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Refund still not received | |||||
I placed an order on 14 feb 2017 by the name of prateek aggarwal, mobile no. [protected] via website for the sum amount of 496. My order no. Was 72 and my order was placed on this domino's outlet address - plot no. 19, ground floor, community center, road no. 44, pitampura, delhi, 110034. Due to non serviceable area the order got cancelled. I payed using my axis bank master card. I have contacted the customer care several times, and i was promised that the amount will be credited in my acc. Within 3-5 business days today is 25 feb 2017 still the sum amount has not been credited in my account. I am fed up with the customer service and request help from this complaint Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Thru customer care i contacted the district manager of Dominos then she helped with the whole process and i got my refund back and special thanks to consumerccomplaint.in this forum helped me in lot many ways☺️ Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
