Domino's Pizza — refused to deliver pizza and talked rudely | |||
Yesterday on september 2nd 2017 I was trying to order pizza and payment to be done by paytm but due to the network error payment was not completed. So i didn't order. Today on 3rd when i was trying to order he refused to give me pizza saying yesterday i went to the address and no one came. I was shocked with his blunt response and it was too rude. On 29 august 2017 i have ordered 4 pizza from sector 20 panchkula but it take mor than 30 minutes and when i ask for Dominos scheme of free pizza after 30 minutes the person made me to talk his senior and he doesn't know how to speak with person and refuses to gave pizza. I had made an order on 7th of august through dominoes app, order failed but the money transaction was successful.
Its 21 days already, i haven't received my refund. I tried calling twice, they just made me wait on the call and then cancelled the call.
