Domino's Pizza — Regarding Refund (Payment deducted but order not placed) | |||
Hi.. I am from Mumbai. I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza (Regular sized "Veg Hawaiian Delight" ) online on their website on 13th Aug 2014. The internet banking transaction went through and I was taken to that web page of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again. But the Rs.175 was deducted from my account. I immediately called up the Dominos store (Byculla) but the response from them was horrible. They connected my call to another store (Mazgaon), but they again told me to call Byculla store. Then again I call and talked to the manager, but he also responded very badly. I would request Dominos to kindly look into this matter and refund my money back asap. Please refund the money of following failed transaction.
